To solve our hypothesis, the objectives of this project are: 1. To study the effects of a diet, where protein derives from insect (Alphitobius diaperinus), on the intestinal functionality and global health in an in vivo rat model. 2. To evaluate in humans the effects of an insect’s-based food administered for 10 days.
