- Vivarium for the cultivation of aquatic organisms (breeders, larval, plankton cultures) : 1,200 m 2 .
- Outdoor area for the cultivation of aquatic organisms and nutrition tests : 2,500 m 2 .
- Level 2 biosafety building (NBS2) for aquatic organisms, the largest in Europe: 500 m2.
- Quarantine ship 200 m2.
- Offices: 1,000 m 2.
- Warehouses: 740 m 2.
- Laboratories: 713 m 2.
- Two homes.
- Vessels, external culture structures and data acquisition probes.
