We have two independent manufacturing lines, one for ruminants and the other for poultry, pigs and aquaculture.
Production capacity of up to 2500 kg/h
It allows all typical processes to be reproduced with the same feed manufacturing characteristics as on an industrial scale.
Manufacture of small batches of feed of 200 kg. Ideal for experimental feeds or when the availability of the experimental product is limited.

We will:
Ship A: ship with 48 pens on land with a total capacity of 1920 broilers.
Building B and C: 2 rooms with 24 pens respectively for broilers or turkeys.
Ship D: ship with 56 pens on land for a maximum of 2240 broilers.
Building E, F, G: 3 rooms for hens with enriched cages with 72 lots each and a total of 576 hens/room.
Boat H: boat equipped with 72 enriched cages to carry out digestibility studies.
Buildings I and J: 2 multipurpose rooms for studies with broilers or turkeys. Depending on the use, they can fit a maximum of 1300 broilers or 468 turkeys.
Ship K and L: two rooms equipped with enriched cages for digestibility studies with laying hens. Studies can be conducted for a total of 144 animals.
Ship N: 24 pens on land to accommodate 600 broilers.
Nau S: consists of 48 land parks for a maximum of 1440 animals.
Pig:
We have our own closed cycle, that is, we produce our own piglets. The genetic line is (LandracexLarge White) x Pietrain.
Insemination area: 54 individual boxes for sows to facilitate insemination.
Gestation Area: 2 free-gestation pens with room for 50 sows with automatic feeding equipment for individual control of feed consumption.
Maternity area with 5 rooms:
Rooms 1,2,3 and 4: 10 places per room
Room 5: 6 places
Transition:
Room 1, 3 and 5: with capacity for 24 pens and 4 animals per pen.
Room 2, 4 and 5: 12 pens each and 4 piglets per pen.
Solar Room: modular with 12, 24 or 48 pens with a maximum capacity of 94 animals.
Seed Ship: Ship with 15 corrals for replenishment and adaptation with an automatic feeding equipment to train the seeds
Digestibility:
Room 1: 12 individual cages for fattening pigs
Room 2: 16 double cages for weaned piglets
Get fat:
Building 144: 1 group fattening room, with 36 pens for a total of 144 animals.
Building 128: group fattening, with 16 pens, for 128 animals.
Ship 192: with a capacity of 48 pens and a total of 192 animals. This ship is also adapted to house sows when individual feeding is necessary.
