Equality plan

IRTA has an Equality Plan in place, valid until 31 December 2025.

This has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decrees 901/2020 and 902/2020, which regulate equality plans and their registration, and for this reason a Negotiating Committee has been set up, with representation from management and staff. This Committee was established on 7 July 2021.

Since then, and until October 2021, data has been collected. Between October and December 2021, the Committee met once every three weeks to carry out statistical processing of the data and then analyse it and propose the positive actions that appear in the Equality Plan.

The plan was published in the REGCON (Ministry of Labour’s Register and Repository of Collective Agreements) on 21 January 2022.
