National platform for the promotion of cold plasma in the field of biomedicine and agro-food

The main objective of PLASpain is to create a national multidisciplinary network (engineers, physicists, biologists, biochemists, chemists and food technologists) organised in an interdisciplinary strategy, with the aim of consolidating and promoting research in the field of plasma technology applied to the biomedical and agri-food industry. The Network will allow links to be established between the main national research groups in this field, boosting their international visibility and opening the door to post-PLASpain continuity by making it possible to obtain international funding. This Network would also allow the continuation and consolidation of the collaborations that have been carried out in the framework of the COST PlAgri and PlasTHER actions.
