The strategic objective of the PECT Girona, Sustainable Food System is
to improve the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the
food production systems throughout the entire value chain in the
demarcation of Girona. Through the development of innovative solutions
that increase the profitability of the activities related to the production,
transformation and distribution of foods, to make it possible in this way to
influence social and environmental sustainability.
