The general objectives of this project are twofold: (1) to provide a data-based early warning system for health and welfare issues in monogastric livestock (pigs and rabbits), and (2) to assess the possibility and feasibility to genetically improve resilience in pigs and rabbits using indicators based on automated high-throughput phenotyping techniques.
