Technological equipment for the industrial behavior evaluation of olives and based products

The platform for monitoring the technological aptitude of olives and derivatives (PM-APTA) will be located at the IRTA-Mas Bové centre (Constantí, Tarragona) and will provide services to IRTA research teams and other research centres and groups, as well as to companies in the olive oil sector and technology developers. Its objective is to facilitate the development of new systems, based on AI, that allow the classification of olives in the reception yard, as well as the mills that install these latest-generation systems to verify and recalibrate them periodically.
