Improving water management in the fruit dumping ponds (AIGUA.NET).

The main objective of this project is to be able to transfer different alternatives to different sectors in order to extend the useful life of the water used in the bottoms of the packaging lines without representing a microbiological risk for the fruit, nor a food safety risk due to the presence of chemical residues derived from the disinfection that could pose a commercial problem by exceeding the MRL established by the legislation.
