This demonstrative activity aims to improve the competitiveness of food companies through the promotion of the implementation and use of low-cost and easily applicable on-line control tools, such as machine vision and near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) technologies, and to raise awareness of the opportunities offered by the challenges they can address.
