The main objective of the proposed demonstration activity is to provide the sector with strategies for dealing with experimental procedures to validate control measures and shelf-life of food, illustrating when and how to apply them and interpret the results. The aim is to help strengthen the food safety management system of economic operators involved in food processing, manufacturing and preservation.
