The kick off meeting of the European Project PACTORES took place at CREDA-UPC-IRTA headquarters in Castelldefels (Barcelona, Spain) on January 29th-30th 2018. PACTORES is a three-year project coordinated by CREDA-UPC-IRTA and belongs to the ERANETMed framework. The PACTORES consortium consists of ten partners belonging to six Mediterranean countries (both EU and non EU).

PACTORES aims to identify key bottlenecks for the viability of Mediterranean agro-pastoral communities by targeting best practices under policy, socioeconomic and environmental considerations. PACTORES also intends to inform key audiences of the actual capacity of Mediterranean agro-pastoralists to provide multiple societal benefits.
