APRISE - Alternative Proteins Research and Innovation Skills Enhancement

Widening Countries (WCs) such as Turkey, Poland, Greece, Malta, and North Macedonia are falling behind in the Alternative Proteins (APros) sector, which is crucial for global food security and climate change. The APRISE project aims to enhance the capacities of talents in these countries by providing advanced training and promoting collaboration. With 18 partners from various sectors, APRISE offers a comprehensive approach to talent development, including technical training, sustainable practices, and professional skills. It also includes a Return Plan to ensure that the acquired knowledge is reintegrated into home institutions, increasing the capacity of talents and ensuring a lasting impact on research and innovation.
