Tool to establish the correct marking date on food to reduce food waste

The main objective of the BestDate demonstration activity is to reduce food waste by transferring to the agri-food sector the experience and scientific and technical knowledge to decide whether the marking date of a food should be the best before date or the expiration date using a tool decision-making support based on an interactive interface (app-type) available online.
