Degree in Veterinary Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2014. Specialised in animal welfare during the slaughter of poultry and lagomorphs. She actively participates in the European Reference Centre for Animal Welfare for Poultry and other small farmed animals (EURCAW-Poultry-SFA). Trainer of animal welfare assessment protocols Welfare Quality in broilers, laying hens, turkeys and quails. Auditor of these protocols in all species and also of the Welfur protocols for mink.
