El Dr. Romero, por su parte, present\u00f3 la charla \u00abM\u00e9todos objetivos de an\u00e1lisis sensorial aplicados al aceite de oliva virgen extra\u00bb, mientras que la Dra. Lipan, investigadora postdoctoral de la UMH, realiz\u00f3 un estudio de consumidores para el proyecto europeo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/ca\/projecte\/almonds4future-noves-varietats-dametller-per-a-futurs-reptes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Almonds4future<\/a>, coordinado por el IRTA, y habl\u00f3 sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n del an\u00e1lisis sensorial en el programa de mejora gen\u00e9tica vegetal del IRTA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Logo-IRTA_desc_horit_verm-CAT.png\" class=\"fancybox irta-lightbox-bridge\" data-fancybox=\"irta-images\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/SEASONED_summer-school_2023-9-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53434\" width=\"750\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, y junto al Dr. David Bernardo L\u00f3pez Lluch (actual diputado en Les Corts Valencianes y portavoz de Agricultura) Leontina Lipan realiz\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n un taller de divulgaci\u00f3n en el que los alumnos de doctorado de Polonia, Dinamarca y Espa\u00f1a aprendieron a utilizar el formato de presentaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/PechaKucha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00abPechakucha\u00bb<\/a>. Este formato se basa en exponer de forma sencilla e informal mediante 20 diapositivas mostradas durante 20 segundos cada una.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Logo-IRTA_desc_vert-CAT.png\" class=\"fancybox irta-lightbox-bridge\" data-fancybox=\"irta-images\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/SEASONED_summer-school_2023-7-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53428\" width=\"750\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante las diferentes jornadas tambi\u00e9n se trat\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis sensorial aplicado al turr\u00f3n y la avellana, a trav\u00e9s de una charla en la que se comparaba un panel de cata entrenado en un empresa y un panel entrenado y acreditado por la ENAC en una Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Protegida (DOP). Este acto fue llevado en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Dr. \u00c1ngel Carbonell, actual Vicerrector de Investigaci\u00f3n y Transferencia en la UMH, y la Dra. Laura V\u00e1zquez, responsable de investigaci\u00f3n en el Basque Culinary Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Logo-IRTA_desc_horit-CAT.png\" class=\"fancybox irta-lightbox-bridge\" data-fancybox=\"irta-images\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/SEASONED_summer-school_2023-10-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53437\" width=\"750\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leontina Lipan, de origen rumano, es embajadora de los vinos de Ruman\u00eda en Espa\u00f1a, y en esta ocasi\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la Dra.
