{"id":58670,"date":"2019-07-17T11:42:50","date_gmt":"2019-07-17T09:42:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/noticia\/el-forum-carnico-tratara-sobre-los-analogos-carnicos-y-la-carne-cultivada\/"},"modified":"2024-11-06T09:42:32","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T08:42:32","slug":"el-forum-carnico-tratara-sobre-los-analogos-carnicos-y-la-carne-cultivada","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/es\/noticia\/el-forum-carnico-tratara-sobre-los-analogos-carnicos-y-la-carne-cultivada\/","title":{"rendered":"El F\u00f3rum C\u00e1rnico tratar\u00e1 sobre los an\u00e1logos c\u00e1rnicos y la carne cultivada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bajo el lema \u201c<em>To meat or not to meat\u201d<\/em> se abordar\u00e1n los casos de \u00e9xito, los retos y las oportunidades de las alternativas a la carne tradicional<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La creciente demanda de productos alternativos a la carne por parte de los consumidores, ha sido recogida por la propia industria alimentaria y ha permitido el nacimiento de nuevas empresas que pretenden ofertar en el mercado productos innovadores.<\/p>\n<p>Las propuestas que existen hoy en d\u00eda como alternativas a la carne tradicional son, b\u00e1sicamente, de dos tipos: los an\u00e1logos c\u00e1rnicos en base a prote\u00edna vegetal (ya presentes en el mercado) y, en un futuro a explorar, la carne cultivada.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el pr\u00f3ximo F\u00f3rum C\u00e1rnico que se celebrar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 6 de noviembre en el Auditorio del Palacio de Congresos de Girona y que coorganizan Interempresas y el IRTA, centrar\u00e1 su tem\u00e1tica en dichas tem\u00e1ticas. El F\u00f3rum C\u00e1rnico est\u00e1 ideado con y para el sector c\u00e1rnico, por ese motivo, dentro del Comit\u00e9 Asesor se encuentra PIMEC, AMEC, FECIC, ANAFRIC e INNOVACC.<\/p>\n<p>Para abordar el tema de los an\u00e1logos c\u00e1rnicos en base a sustitutivos vegetales, el F\u00f3rum C\u00e1rnico contar\u00e1, en un primer bloque, con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos de la talla de Marc Coloma (CEO de Foods for Tomorrow), Jaume Panella (Director de I+D en Noel Alimentaria) y Jos\u00e9 Luis Hern\u00e1ndez (Product Manager de Bormarket, distribuidor europeo de Beyond Meat).<\/p>\n<p>En el segundo bloque del F\u00f3rum C\u00e1rnico, que tratar\u00e1 el tema de la carne cultivada, los ponentes invitados nos explicar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo se obtiene, sus ventajas y sus perspectivas de futuro, entre otras.
