Dentro de este acto, el s\u00e1bado (11 de mayo) tuvo lugar el <strong>Concurso Lactium: quesos artesanos de Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica especialista del IRTA en productos l\u00e1cteos <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Marta Garr\u00f3n (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/es\/personal\/marta-garron-gomez\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marta Garr\u00f3n<\/a> particip\u00f3 como <strong>jefa de mesa de jurado<\/strong> en este concurso, donde se presentaron m\u00e1s de 200 quesos, clasificados en 8 categor\u00edas diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los quesos con medalla de oro de cada categor\u00eda pasaron a la fase final para poder escoger el mejor queso de Catalu\u00f1a del concurso Lactium.
