Han acu\u00f1ado el t\u00e9rmino cient\u00edficos de instituciones y universidades internacionales, entre ellos Antonio Velarde, investigador de IRTA. Con \u00e9l pretenden proporcionar un marco para fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n interdisciplinaria con el objetivo de mejorar el bienestar humano y animal en un \u00e1mbito global. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\">\u201cOne Welfare\u201d ampl\u00eda el enfoque del concepto \u201cOne Health\u201d (Una Salud), ya utilizado para la sanidad animal y humana. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\">Las mejoras en el bienestar animal y humano pueden, por ejemplo, ayudar a reducir el abuso y el maltrato hacia humanos y animales, mejorar el bienestar del ganado y del ganadero, mejorar la seguridad alimentaria y la resiliencia (capacidad de los seres humanos para adaptarse positivamente a situaciones adversas).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\">La adopci\u00f3n de este concepto en la comunidad cient\u00edfica permitir\u00e1 identificar y promover resultados de investigaci\u00f3n con un valor a\u00f1adido y beneficios mutuos entre el bienestar animal, el bienestar humano, la biodiversidad y\/o el medio ambiente, introduciendo \u201cOne Welfare\u201d como palabra clave para b\u00fasquedas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\">Actualmente se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo una <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/onewelfare\"><span lang=\"ES\">consulta p\u00fablica<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"ES\"> para recoger evidencias, ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos y casos sobre el concepto \u201cOne Welfare\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Art\u00edculo completo:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\"><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Pinillos, RG, Appleby, MC., Manteca, X., Scott-Park, F., Smith, C., Velarde, A.
