The general objective of this proposal is to transfer to the agricultural and technical producers / managers of agri-food industries the knowledge and routes of action on the co-products and surpluses generated by the fruit and vegetable farms, as well as on the by-products of the industries of Plant transformation, in order to enhance and enhance the process of changing productive models towards a more diversified and sustainable economy (circular economy) as an alternative development path that can generate new business and work opportunities
