The project is structured in different objectives involving the main objective of obtaining genotypes tolerant to abiotic stresses vine (drought, salinity) and grape quality traits adapted to climate change (acidity and resveratrol) as well as select and characterize strains fermenting yeast adapted to the new scenario.
