RFALIM: Radiofrequencies for thawing or rapid tempering of frozen foods

The general objective of this activity demonstration  is to promote the introduction of radiofrequencies technology in the agri-food sector in Catalonia by conferring the avantatges and opportunities offered by this technology, together with the effect of the application in a selection of concrete products ( meat, fish and vegetables).
