The overall objective of the project is to increase the depth of knowledge with regard to feed efficiency during different periods of the life of animals from prolific species. The information that would be used come from experiments conducted in pigs, rabbits and mice, which cover the entire lifespan of the animals, from the embryonic development phase until maturity and reproductive periods.
