The operational group LIQUATS is formed by the consortium of companies: AGROPECUARIA DE ARTESA DE SEGRE, as leader, ECOARTESA and HUERTO DEL SILENCIO, as beneficiary members, RESTAURACIÓN COLECTIVA, as non-beneficiary member, and IRTA, as technological centre and coordinator.
The main objective of the project is the development of innovative products based on surplus native varieties of legumes from organic farming.
