The operational group CURATS-VEGGIES is formed by the consortium of companies: NOEL ALIMENTARIA, as leader, JAMONES LLÉMENA, as beneficiary member, NOMEN and GLU10-BAN, as non-beneficiary members, and IRTA, as technological centre and coordinator.
The main objective of the project is the development of a line of cured meat analogues using surplus crops of native varieties, prioritising their sensory and nutritional quality.
