Consolidate the knowledge and resources available to the DACC in soil health and carbon sequestration from different aspects: the forestry perspective, the agronomic perspective, the use of organic materials, the recovery of degraded soils, soil carbon modeling, and the certification of carbon absorption through research centers linked to soil management.
