The overall objectives of the project are to increase the knowledge about the performance of a long-term TB eradication program in order to identify factors contributing to the persistence of TB in caprine herds and improve the diagnosis and the control of the disease through the improvement of the current diagnostic tools and the development of inactivated vaccines.
