The DETRED-MIOPATIES operational group is formed by the consortium of companies: AVÍCOLA SANCHEZ, as leader and coordinator, AVÍCOLA MIMPER and AGROPECARIA SAU, as non-beneficiary members, and IRTA, as technological centre.
The main objective of the project is to develop a tool to detect and classify myopathies and defects in chicken carcasses objectively and non-invasively, and to evaluate production strategies to reduce the incidence and severity of these problems.
