The main goal of the MICROAL3 project is the identification and characterization of new extracts and protein hydrolyzed from marine biota (micro- and macroalgae, marine obligated bacteria) with antimicrobial activities (antibacterial and /or antifungal) to be applied in the agro-food sector.
