The general objective is to provide solutions for the control of herbs in the
line of planting trees during the first years of planting in organic apple
farms. The specific objectives are: 1. Evaluate the effects of controlled
sowing under the line of trees on the growth and production of trees,
determine the implementation and adaptation of each of them, know the
effects on the water status of the soil. 2. Determine the effectiveness of
managing the grass layer below the line of trees with controlled planting
compared to mechanical control.
