The main objective of this project is the transfer of innovative knowledge from IRTA applicable to the dairy sector in the counties of Girona in order to improve the value of milk and its products.
The idea is to make IRTA’s scientific knowledge and experience in this field available to companies in an applied and practical way. This action, distributed in three tasks, will be based on the development of a “creativation” workshop and the development of a training course for companies and organisations in the framework of an innovation space in which milk treatment and transformation technologies and a training course for the production of artisan cheeses will be demonstrated.
