This project has four main objectives:
- Develop and optimize new products from aquaculture fish that can provide added value to the raw material.
- Develop, test and optimize various animal diets as to produce a better adapted to industrial processing, namely extending the useful life of the product and improving the textural properties feedstock.
- Adapt to market selected new needs of the market that they will go (market) products design and contents of the pack, generating expectations, maximum permissible price and consumer information.
- Perform a real market test with the new selected after industrial processing by companies involved in the project products
