IRTA has an Equality Plan, valid until December 31, 2025.
This has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of RD 901/2020 and RD 902/2020, which regulate equality plans and their registration, and for this reason a Negotiating Committee has been set up, representing the Management and with staff representation. This Commission was set up on July 7, 2021.
From then until October 2021, data was collected. Between October and December 2021, the Commission met once every 3 weeks to process the statistical data and then analyze it and propose the positive actions listed in the Equality Plan.
The plan was published in the REGCON (Registration and filing of collective agreements of the Ministry of Labor) on January 21, 2022.
