The objectives of this project are:
- Demonstrate and apply SEAFOODTOMORROW solutions in the market through collaboration with consumer panels and culinary schools.
- Ensure these solutions will be used widely by considering production costs, water and energy use, market acceptance, risks, opportunities, and uncertainties in the whole process from harvesting to the final products.
- Enhance consumer awareness of sound seafood quality and safety in Europe through effective communication and promotion, enabling consumers to make informed choices, in particular through the development of a consumer benefit-risk communication tool.
- Support the development of adaptive European management and governance policy systems related to solutions implementation in these Blue Growth sectors, including the baseline for seafood quality certification.
