The general objectives of ADIPOQUIZ are:
- Provide reliable nutritional strategies using biliary salts and an essential oil obtained from red pepper (Capsicum sp) as feed additives for regulating body adiposity in farmed fish, and
- Decipher the potential role of gut microbiota in body fat deposition, as well as in fish condition and health.
