    This course aims to contribute to the training of future professionals of the cheese sector, complement the training of students from the food and farming surrounding and improving the professionalism of cheese producers. It is also addressed to restaurants, retailers, distributors, consumers and general public who are interested in learning about the world of cheese elaboration from a professional and cultural point of view.
